|Our Regulatory Executives provide compliance support to our clients supervised by our Regulatory Advisors. Through an in-house training programme consisting of classroom learning and job based training Regulatory Executives develop the knowledge and skills to become Regulatory Advisors. Our career progression programme means that progressing to a Regulatory Advisor is realistic and can be achieved in as little as 6 months.
To succeed in this role you’ll need an ability to learn quickly combined with attention to detail and a determination to deliver outstanding service. If you’re a recent law graduate, or have relevant experience in financial services regulation, and you’ve had experience of working in an environment which involves face to face customer service such as retail or hospitality, then this role could be for you.
Starting Salary: £16k p.a.

|Our Regulatory Advisors provide our clients with marketing leading compliance services. We rarely recruit Regulatory Advisors as most are appointed from our team of Regulatory Executives. As with all of our employees we provide continuous professional development through our in-house training programme together with formal qualification study.
As a Regulatory Advisor you’ll be responsible not only for client work but may also be asked to lead specific project work as part of your overall career progression. In addition to their salary our Regulatory Advisors are also rewarded with a performance bonus.
This role requires regular travel throughout the UK although a driving licence is not required.
You’ll need to be an outstanding individual with a proven track record in FCA compliance in order to be appointed as a Regulatory Advisor without first being a Regulatory Executive.
